If the item you rent gets damaged or stolen
1. Fill out Omocom’s digital damage report , which will be emailed to you at the starting time of the rent. The email can be found in your inbox with the keyword "Omocom".
2. Click the link in the email to open the damage report. Fill in detailed information about the rental as well as the damage, this will speed up the processing of the report.
3. Once the report is complete, you can submit the claim . The claim is then processed by the insurance company.
