Lainappi has landed in Jyväskylä! 🏙️♻️

Last week we started cooperation with Soihtu - Business unit of JYY and now in the heart of Jyväskylä, in the student village of Kortepohja, you can find Lainappi’s self-service rental locker with a new look!

From the locker, students, residents and other locals of Jyväskylä may rent different household items. Soihtu manages the items inside box and the list of rentable items may be found in more detail in the application, but they have already included some familiar items such as a textile washer, a window cleaner and a drill. ⚒️

We heard that the sharing economy activity promoted by Soihtu has been a part of everyday life in Kortepohja's student village for decades. We wanted to hop on to enable the continuation of the operation and its remodeling. Our primary objective is to foster a modern, mobile application-based service available to everyone, but one without time related restrictions or employee resource requirements.
